"Coach K" is entering his fourth year at Edmond North. He began
coaching in Calera, OK as a graduate assistant. From there he become the
boys’ assistant coach at Sherman High School. He then moved on to
Holdenville High School for four years, coaching both the boys' and girls'
program.
Coach K graduated Westmoore High School and went on to play at
Southeastern OSU under Coach Tony Robinson and was a member of the
national tournament and conference champion Savage program.
Coach Korstjens has a wife, Katy, and two children, Gunner and Aven.

National Runner-up Lady Savage basketball team.
Coach Korstjens teaches 6th grade science at Sequoyah Middle School.

Coach Bloyd is starting her 10th year as a coach. This is her fourth
year at North. She coaches Cross Country, Basketball and Track. She
spent two years in Pryor and four years at Stillwater, three years at the
Junior High and one at Stillwater High School as the varsity assistant.
Coach Bloyd graduated from Stillwater High School and was a
three-year letterman on the basketball team. After high school, she
attended Oklahoma State University and majored in math education.
Coach Bloyd is currently starting her 6th year of teaching. She has a
husband, Greg.

This is Coach Smalley's fourth year with the Lady Huskies and her
third year as the head freshman coach.
Coach Smalley is a 1993 graduate from Edmond Memorial High School,
where she was a two-time all-state recipient in both basketball and golf.
She played college golf and graduated from UCO with a criminal justice
degree.
Coach Smalley teaches US Government and Teen Leadership and is
also the Varsity girls golf coach. She has a husband, George, and three
children, Tracy, Alyssa, and Nathan.
